Train3D by Franklin Safari is an iOS workout, nutrition, and wellness app. It is not TRAIN3D Australia (Procedos equipment), not a VR industrial trainer, and not the Consistent3D research paper.
Train3D nutrition and Diet Balance
More than a calorie counter: a weekly micronutrient gap report tied to the meals you actually logged, plus food scan, water, and high-protein recipes.
Fourteen nutrients
Weekly Diet Balance tracks protein, carbs, fat, vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, magnesium, sodium, potassium, iron, zinc, water, and fiber. Missing items show benefits, risks, and food sources to add. A complete analysis needs at least three days of Meal of the Day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack).
Food diary and Food Scanner (Elite)
The diary shows remaining calories, protein, carbs, and fat, then breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack. Photograph a meal: vision identifies the food; USDA FoodData Central supplies nutrient estimates. Cap 30 scans per month. Results are estimates and can be wrong, including allergens. Export the diary as a PDF when you want the week on paper.
AI Chef and collections
Generate a high-protein recipe (50g+ protein target) from a photo or at least three typed ingredients. Cuisines include Mediterranean, East/West European, East & South Asian Inspired, Latin, and East/West/Central African. Save Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner collections. Plus allows 8 AI recipes per month; Elite allows 20 and unlimited custom saves.
Water
Plus and Elite. Default goal 2000 ml. Activity-based suggestion is 2000 ml plus calories burned, capped at 5000 ml. Syncs to Apple Health when connected.
Instagram import
Paste an Instagram URL and enter the meal name and macros yourself. Train3D does not scrape the recipe off Instagram.
