What is Train3D?
Train3D is the iOS workout, nutrition, and wellness app by Franklin Safari.
It brings guided programs, progressive overload, weekly diet completeness,
food and equipment scanning, AI recipes, and nearby yoga, physio, pilates,
boxing, and gyms into one membership.
Why Train3D over all the other apps in the market?
Train3D stands out from other fitness apps because you can log workouts by
hand, keep progressive overload going, scan gym equipment for a more complete
session, and get AI insights from your progress. New Elite members get a free
week, so you can try it with no risk.
How does overload work?
Train3D watches how you train and suggests the next step when you are ready
to progress. Over time, progress views show whether recent training leaned
more toward strength or muscle mass.
What can I log in a workout?
You can log the work you did in a session, add a photo if you want, follow
an overload suggestion when it appears, and reopen past sessions. Wearables
do not auto-count your reps.
How do calories, macros, and food scan work?
The food diary shows remaining calories and macros across your meals. Elite
can estimate a meal from a photo. You can export a diary when you need a record.
Does Train3D track water?
Yes, on Plus and Elite. You set a daily water goal, and Train3D can suggest
a target based on your activity. Water also counts toward weekly diet completeness.
What does it cost?
Plus C$3.99/month with no trial. Elite C$9.99/month or C$83.90/year with
7 days free for new Elite subscribers. No free membership. Android coming soon.
